1. Your account and the service

HelloBollo helps businesses and their authorised agencies prepare receptionist information, collect enquiries and manage human follow-up. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you add. Use accurate account and business information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and give access only to people authorised to handle customer records.

Your operational records belong in your signed-in workspace. The service operator's account administration is a separate private service; it is not a shared customer workspace.

The current browser flow lets a customer listen to guidance, review their details and submit a callback request. A person at the business must monitor the queue, acknowledge responsibility, contact the customer and record the actual outcome.

2. Proposed price and included minutes

The proposed 300 minutes are not a credited allowance in your telephone-provider account today. Until funding is operational, provider usage may be charged to your own provider account under its terms. Do not start chargeable calls on the assumption that HelloBollo has already funded them.

Before any paid HelloBollo purchase, you must receive the service start date, tax-inclusive total, billing and renewal method, minute measurement and rounding, allowance period, treatment of unused minutes, overage controls and cancellation/refund terms. No automatic subscription renewal or subscription checkout is enabled here. Prices in your own client proposals and invoices are separate from HelloBollo's fee; manually marking an invoice paid does not process or verify a payment.

3. Telephone numbers, KYC and call activation

Each customer uses their own telephone-provider account and completes KYC directly with that provider. Indian numbers require an India-region organisation, an India-registered business and an approved compliance application. The provider's India number KYC guide explains the accepted business documents and current process. Signup alone does not make an individual or unregistered business eligible. Submit identity documents and payment information only through your telephone provider's own console. HelloBollo does not collect those documents, approve KYC or guarantee a number.

After approval, rent a voice-enabled number in your telephone-provider account and connect that account's Auth ID and Auth Token in HelloBollo's secure Phone setup. The current connection authorises read-only account and owned-number checks. It does not verify a compliance application, change routing or import live call events. Future routing changes require a separate explicit configuration action. Use a dedicated number you control and do not replace another service's routing without authorisation. The connection does not purchase a number or make an outbound call.

Number rental, any setup fees, provider usage, renewal, refunds and number cancellation follow your telephone provider's terms and the prices shown in your provider account. You pay these number costs directly. Disconnecting HelloBollo or deleting its workspace does not cancel the number or stop your telephone provider's recurring charges.

Your telephone provider supplies telephony; it does not make this integration an activated AI receptionist by itself. The India-hosted speech runtime is not connected. Domestic calling must meet your telephone provider's India calling requirements, including media location rules. Live activation also requires approved business facts, caller notice, language and failure handling, followed by an authorised call whose result is saved in the correct workspace and acknowledged by staff. No 24/7 telephone operation is represented as active before those checks pass.

4. AI answers, languages and human follow-up

AI can misunderstand names, accents, mixed languages, phone numbers and service details. Review pronunciation and the complete caller journey for every language you offer. Selecting a language is not a guarantee of voice quality or provider support. HelloBollo’s prerecorded voice guidance is generated through a speech service. Live telephone speech requires a separately activated speech service and verified language support; a provider number alone does not supply the receptionist conversation.

Use approved business facts. The receptionist must not invent prices, engineer availability, service coverage or payment confirmations. A callback request, suggested time or provider-reported outcome is not a confirmed appointment, dispatched engineer or completed job. Provider transcripts and summaries need human review, including verification of the callback number.

The service is not an emergency response service or a source of medical, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on it for urgent danger. No specific response time, continuous availability, recovered revenue or business result is guaranteed. Internet, hosting and provider outages can interrupt service; arrange a practical fallback and tell customers how to reach a person.

Automatic SMS, messaging alerts, external calendar confirmations and completed human callbacks are not provided merely by saving a request. Staff remain responsible for checking and closing follow-up work.

5. Permissions and acceptable use

Only upload information and recordings you are authorised to use. You keep your rights in that information and authorise its processing only as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy. Explain to callers when they are interacting with AI and when audio is recorded, transcribed or sent to a provider. Obtain the notices, permissions and consent required for your use, and honour a person's refusal or request for human help.

Do not use HelloBollo for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, fraud, deceptive claims, unsolicited calling, or bypassing telecom preferences and provider restrictions. A request for a service callback is not consent for unrelated marketing. This integration does not authorise outbound campaigns.

Do not ask callers for passwords, OTPs, card security codes, banking credentials or identity documents. Keep provider keys in the designated secure connection flow. You retain responsibility for your services, customer commitments, prices, taxes and the accuracy of the information you publish.

6. Free browser guidance and optional models

Small prerecorded HelloBollo welcomes and complete callback guides are available in 11 languages: Indian English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Odia. Playback needs no voice-model download and sends no customer text to a speech service. These clips provide guidance; they do not read personal details, answer arbitrary questions or place a telephone call. Availability of a recording does not establish live speech support in that language. Generic script authoring uses the operator's API credits under the speech service’s commercial output terms.

The guided English/Hindi browser conversation prepares a request; conversation alone does not submit it. The customer must review and send the form. Optional interactive speech and on-device readback are separate English/Hindi features with their own activation notices, capacity limits and downloads. Written intake remains the lightweight alternative.

Business reviews use public website or listing evidence, or an explicitly supplied business brief, to prepare AI recommendations. These recommendations are setup suggestions, not measurements of missed calls or revenue. Optional financial scenarios use the figures you enter and cannot establish actual losses or a guaranteed return. Check the cited source facts and any calculation inputs before including a report in a proposal.

7. Optional on-device voice conditions

If you explicitly enable the optional personalised on-device readback, its initial public model download is approximately 415 MB. Device performance, availability and pronunciation vary. This separate English/Hindi feature does not activate telephone service.

The full voice-model licence and use restrictions apply to users who activate it, including its restrictions on harmful use, deception and impersonation and any required passing on of those restrictions. Preset voices do not grant permission to impersonate a person. Review generated speech before relying on it.

Sandbox payment testing

The signed-in workspace may offer a test checkout for one ₹4,999 billing period. It uses test transactions only, does not collect real money, does not create an automatically renewing subscription, and does not activate telephone answering or credit included minutes. Use only the payment service’s test details. Never enter real card or banking information in a test. A test receipt is a technical record, not a tax invoice or proof of a paid service entitlement.

Checkout completion is checked on the server before a test receipt is shown as captured. Closing checkout or seeing a pending result is not confirmation. Live payments remain unavailable until the operator publishes the required details and commercial terms and explicitly enables a separate live integration.

8. Stopping use, suspension and changes

You can stop the browser flow, revoke a public enquiry link, disconnect a provider connection, or delete workspace data using the available controls. These actions have different effects. Read the Cancellation & refund policy before ending a service or deleting records.

Access may be restricted to protect accounts, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a provider suspension. Where practical, the operator should explain the reason and the steps needed to restore access. This does not remove any applicable refund or consumer rights.

Changes will be published with an updated date. Material changes to an agreed paid price or scope must be disclosed before they apply and cannot create an undisclosed charge. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No exclusive court, arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory consumer remedies is imposed by this notice.
