1. Stop or pause the free browser flow

You can stop using the browser service at any time without a HelloBollo cancellation fee. To stop new enquiries, revoke the business's public enquiry link. Review outstanding requests first and tell affected customers how the business will follow up. Revocation stops future access but does not delete saved requests or complete them for you.

If you want to remove operational records, use Settings → Advanced deletion → Delete workspace data after keeping any documents you need. Deletion cannot be undone and is separate from cancellation. It does not erase the sign-in account, operator account/support records or external provider data. Read the privacy and retention details.

2. Stop telephone calls and number charges separately

  1. Review the selected number's application and routing in your own telephone-provider account. Arrange an appropriate replacement or disable the routing before stopping a service, and check pending calls.
  2. To stop number rental, follow your telephone provider's process to release the number or close the relevant paid resource. Check the effective date and consequences in your provider account before confirming; releasing a number may make it unavailable to you.
  3. Disconnect the telephone provider in HelloBollo's Phone setup to remove the stored connection. Rotate the Auth Token in your telephone-provider account if it must no longer be used; first review any other applications depending on that credential.

Disconnecting HelloBollo, revoking a browser link or deleting workspace data does not release a provider number, remove routing in the provider account, stop renewal charges or submit a refund request.

Your telephone provider bills number rental, any setup fees, usage and taxes under the terms you accept there. HelloBollo cannot refund money paid directly to your telephone provider. Review your telephone provider's terms and ask its account support about cancellation and refund eligibility before renting a number. No refund of provider setup fees or unused account balance is promised by HelloBollo.

3. The proposed ₹4,999 plan

The proposed monthly fee covers one business with 300 call minutes funded by HelloBollo after activation. Your number rental, setup and applicable provider taxes are separate. The included minutes are not currently a credited balance in your telephone-provider account.

Before accepting any future paid subscription, HelloBollo must publish the operator's legal/contact details and explain:

These details are not finalised or implemented. This page does not promise an automated cancellation, instant refund, fixed refund window, proration or unused-minute cash redemption. Do not pay for the proposed plan until you receive complete terms. No undisclosed overage or renewal charge is authorised by signup.

4. Refunds, failed service and disputed charges

Any available sandbox checkout uses test transactions only. No real money is collected, no recurring mandate is created, and a test result does not activate the proposed plan. There is no real-money refund for a test transaction. Closing a checkout is separate from its server-verified status; refresh Test payments in Settings to see the saved test record.

No HelloBollo subscription payment is collected by the current app, so there is no in-app subscription transaction to refund. A manually issued invoice or a status marked “paid” in an agency's ledger does not establish a payment to HelloBollo.

If you have paid under a separately agreed service arrangement, retain the invoice, payment reference and agreed scope. Raise the issue with the party that received the payment and describe the date, amount, service problem and remedy requested. A refund decision must consider the agreement, service actually delivered, duplicate or incorrect charges, and applicable legal rights. Nothing here makes all payments non-refundable or excludes a remedy required by law.

For an outage, failed KYC or unavailable number, verify which provider or service is affected before paying again. Do not assume the included minutes have been funded or that an attempted call delivered the agreed result. Any future service credit or refund commitment must be stated in the activated offer, rather than inferred from a status label.
