Choose your device

Install directly from your browser. You can use your existing HelloBollo account after installation, or create one when you open the app.

Android phones & tablets
  1. Open HelloBollo in your browser on the device where you want to install it.
  2. Tap Install HelloBollo above when the install window is available. You can also look for Install app or Add to Home screen in your browser menu.
  3. Confirm the installation, then open HelloBollo from its home-screen or app-launcher icon.

The install command and its location depend on your browser. If it is unavailable, HelloBollo still works in a browser tab.

iPhone & iPad
  1. Open HelloBollo in the device’s built-in browser.
  2. Open Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. If needed, scroll through the actions to find it.
  3. Keep Open as Web App enabled if that option appears, then tap Add. Open the HelloBollo icon from your home screen.

Installation is manual on iOS and iPadOS. The install button above opens these instructions when a browser install window is unavailable.

Windows & Linux computers
  1. Open HelloBollo in a desktop browser that supports installed web apps.
  2. Use Install HelloBollo above when available, or look for an install command in the address bar or browser menu.
  3. Confirm installation. Launch HelloBollo from the shortcut or application launcher created by your browser.

Web-app installation depends on your browser and desktop environment. No separate installer file is needed.

Mac laptops & desktops
  1. Open HelloBollo on your Mac.
  2. Use Install HelloBollo above if your browser offers it. In the built-in browser on supported macOS versions, you can use Share → Add to Dock instead.
  3. Confirm Add or Install, then open HelloBollo from the Dock or your applications.

Menu labels and available options can vary with your macOS and browser version.

Prefer a browser tab?

HelloBollo works there too. Installing adds a convenient way to open the same app. Your private workspace still requires sign-in, and customer records are not made available offline.
